Hetzner

The provider is Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (hereinafter referred to as Hetzner).

Details: Our website infrastructure and our self-hosted analytics tool run on servers provided by Hetzner in Germany. Hetzner stores log files that are technically necessary (e.g., IP address, date, and time of access).

Legal Basis: The use of Hetzner is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable representation and security of our website.

Data Processing Agreement: We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract mandated by data protection law that guarantees that they process the personal data of our website visitors only based on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Contact via Email (Google Workspace)

We use Google Workspace for this purpose, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It cannot be ruled out that data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).


5. Analytics Tools

Umami (Self-hosted)

We use the web analytics service "Umami" on this website. Umami is an open-source web analytics solution.

Specifics: We host Umami ourselves on our servers at Hetzner (Germany). No data is passed on to third parties (such as Google Analytics). Umami does not use cookies and does not store personal data. IP addresses are processed in an anonymized format so that no conclusions can be drawn about individual persons. Only aggregated data is collected (e.g., which pages were visited and how often) to improve our offer.

Legal Basis: The use of Umami is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymized analysis of user behavior in order to optimize their web offer. Since no cookies are set and no personal data is permanently stored, no consent (Consent Banner) is required.


6. Newsletter and Waitlist

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)

If you sign up for the waitlist on our website or subscribe to our newsletter, the data you enter (esp. email address) will be transmitted to Brevo. The provider is Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

Brevo is a service with which the dispatch of newsletters and notifications can be organized and analyzed. The data entered by you is stored on Brevo's servers in Germany.

Legal Basis: The data processing takes place based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time, for example via the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

Data Processing Agreement: We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Brevo to ensure the security of your data.


7. Online Appointment Scheduling

Calendly

On our website, you have the opportunity to book appointments for demos. We use the service Calendly for this purpose. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA.

For the purpose of booking an appointment, you must enter data into a form (e.g., name, email). This data is transferred to Calendly. After the appointment, the data remains stored with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies.

Legal Basis: Data collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in uncomplicated appointment scheduling. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

LinkedIn

We link to our profile on the social network LinkedIn on our website. This is merely a static link, not an embedded plugin that transmits data when the page loads.
